Better Homes and Gardens, Seven Network (1996- )
Based on the lifestyle magazine of the same name, the show was originally hosted by husband and wife duo John Jarratt and Noni Hazelhurst, but following their very public divorce Noni took it alone. In 2004 she left the show, and it was taken over by Johanna Griggs. Following the axing of Burke's Backyard, Better Homes was moved to the 7.30pm Friday timeslot that had been dominated by lifestyle programming for so long.

Harry's Practice, Seven Network (1997-2003)

Animal series hosted by vet Dr. Harry Cooper, not unlike its predecessor also hosted by Dr. Harry, Talk to the Animals.

Our House, Nine Network (1993- )

One of the first home improvement shows on Australian TV, hosted by the likes of Tracey Dale, Reg Livermore and the late "Shirley" Strachan.
