Based on the lifestyle magazine of the same name, the show was originally hosted by husband and wife duo John Jarratt and Noni Hazelhurst, but following their very public divorce Noni took it alone. In 2004 she left the show, and it was taken over by Johanna Griggs. Following the axing of Burke's Backyard, Better Homes was moved to the 7.30pm Friday timeslot that had been dominated by lifestyle programming for so long. |
