Simon Reeve
Starting as a junior cadet at TVW7 Perth in 1979, Simon became involved with live sports broadcasting leading him to work on VIS News in London during the early 80s. He returned to TVW in 1984 to work on State Affair, then on Day by Day in 1985. He moved to Sydney and joined Beyond 2000 in 1987, where he stayed until 1993 when he began work on sports profile show Seasons. In 1994 he joined the Nine Network and became a reporter and producer for Wild Life, before presenting on Good Medicine for 3 years. Simon moved to Botswana in 1999 and established his own production company, producing a 4 part series called African Tightspots. He returned to Australia and began working for Seven in 2001, presenting for BTQ Brisbane before joining Sunrise as a regular newsreader. He currently hosts the children's gameshow It's Academic.
 
   
Greg Robson
Robson held the position as anchor of Ten Capital News in Canberra for over 10 years, but was dropped by the station in 2001 following nationwide news axings by owners, Southern Cross. He then moved to Canberra radio station 2CA.

Naomi Robson
Naomi Robson was born in USA, and moved to Australia at 3 years old. Her move into media included working as a copywriter and with photojournalists. She took a working holiday to England as a journalist and editorial assistant for a major publishing group, returning to Australia in 1989 and becaming assistant editor and features writer of Personal Success magazine. She joined Channel 7 in June 1990 and soon began presenting the news on Steve Vizard's Tonight Live. She presented numerous bulletins over the next few years, as well as reporting and presenting for Real Life. After a short break back to USA, she returned to Melbourne in 1996 to host Our Victoria and later co-host the new Seven News at Five with Peter Ford. The next year she began hosting the Victorian edition of Today Tonight, which is now shown in NSW, QLD, TAS and VIC.
 
   
Ian Ross

"Roscoe" started his career at 2GB Sydney in 1957, but soon moved to 2MW Murwillumbah. He was part of 2SM's first newsroom in 1961 before moving to television as a reporter for Channel Nine in 1965. He took up post in London for wire service UPITN in 1972, but returned to Australia in 1974 where he continued working for Nine for another 38 years. His most well known job at Nine was as newsreader on breakfast show Today, which he left to retire on the Gold Coast. In 2004 however, he returned to Sydney screens presenting the nightly Seven News, increasing ratings to overtake Nine.

Jessica Rowe
Jessica began her career working for Nine's Wide World of Sports, before quickly moving to Prime Television in Canberra. In 1994, she accepted a position at GTV9 Melbourne as an on-the-road reporter, where she stayed until moving to Ten in 1996. She now co-anchors Ten Sydney's First at Five evening bulletin every weeknight, and does some relief work.
 
   
Matt Russell
Studying Sports Journalism at university, Matt did work on local radio, and in 1991 moved to Orange to join the Central Western Daily newspaper. In 1995 he became the Western Sports Editor for WIN TV, reporting across the whole of Western NSW. He moved to Wollongong to become the Illawarra Sports Editor in 1998, and began presenting sport for 3 regions across NSW. He also hosted numerous local sports shows for Win, such as Hawks Air Time, Kick Off and the special Dragons: Pleasure and Pain.
