Ten News - 2005
Rob Canning
Rob completed a journalist degree at Charles Sturt Bathurst, and moved straight television with WIN TV Orange in 2000. He was poached by Channel Ten to work on Sports Tonight, and became the youngest person to present the show - at just 22 years. Rob has covered a number of international sporting events for Ten, and now anchors ST on a regular basis.
 
   
Tracey Challenor

Tracey began as a cadet with The Redland Times and Bayside Bulletin, while taking part-time study at the University of Queensland. She took on weekend work experience with Seven News in Brisbane in 1991, which led to a permanent reporting gig. She was presenting the weekend 6pm news, however was replaced by Sharyn Ghidella in 2007.

Roger Climpson

Roger began working in radio theatre during the 1950s, but moved to television in 1956 as an announcer for TCN-9 Sydney. He crossed to Seven in 1967 as senior newsreader, where he stayed for fifteen years. In 1977 he also started presenting afternoons on 2GB and the new TV program This Is Your Life. He retired from Seven in 1982, but returned to read the 6pm news again in 1989. He left in 1994, but came back one last time to present Australia's Most Wanted in 1997. He is now chairman of a Sydney Christian community radio station.

 
   
Dennis Cometti
Dennis began his career as a DJ at 6KY, 6PM, 3DB and 6PR in 1968. He joined the ABC in 1973, where he became well-known as a cricket commentator. However he moved over to cover football on Seven in 1986, where he called 8 AFL grand finals. When Channel Nine won the rights to the AFL in 2001, Dennis switched as well. He also began presenting weeknight sport on National Nine News Perth.

Anna Coren

Anna graduated from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst in 1996, and began working for Prime TV and then NBN in Coffs Harbour. She joined Channel 9 Sydney in 1999 and started on-camera work in 2000. In 2002 she began presenting bulletins for Nine, before making the switch to Seven and working on Today Tonight and various Seven News bulletins.

Jo Cornish

Jo became a journalist for the Hobart office of Southern Cross TV in the mid 90s, but was soon the face of the state news. She has been a Miss Australia and also Tasmanian of the Year in 1993.

 
   
Laura Csortan
As the Australian entrant for Miss World and Miss Universe in 1997, Laura soon began appearing on small television productions both in Australian and overseas. It was in 2000 however that she made her first regular television appearance on The Great Outdoors, which she continues today. In 2006 she joined Larry Emder as letter-spinner on the revamped Wheel of Fortune.
